Single Portable Induction Hob with 13amp Plug

The Stella SEA15 portable Induction hob has a single 2000 watt induction zone and is fitted with a 13 amp plug so it can be plugged in and used anywhere making it perfect addition to the kitchen when you have turned the Arga off, You can use it outside in the summer as an addition to the BBQ to cook your vedgetable. Its great for univerity student to have in there room to heat up food quickly as it is alot smaller and lighter than a mircowave. And its great for an elderly person living on their own as its safe & economical to use.

Induction hobs heat a cooking vessel by electrical induction, instead of by thermal conduction from a flame, or an electrical heating element. The cooking vessel must be made of or contain a ferromagnetic metal (if a magnet sticks to the bottom of your pan it will work on an inductuon hob). Induction hobs heat the contents of the pan first (not the pan), the pan gets hot from the radiant heat of the pan contents. The hob itself only gets hot from the radiant heat from the pan making this method of cooking a lot safer than gas & ceramic plus more efficient.
