The Rockport's polished cast iron finish and design detail in the classic fret give a real feeling of solidity, while for a contemporary touch, the canopy is finished in a stainless steel effect. The fire comes with both coal and white pebbles. The Rockport has near silent in operation, the flame effect incorporates low energy LED lamps, with an energy consumption of just 7 Watts on flame effect only. This means that when using the flame effect for five hours every day, running costs will be less than £2 per annum, while for low maintenance the lamps are designed to last the lifetime of the product.

The 2kW fan heater concealed under the canopy gives a powerful boost of warmth, or there's a half heat 1kW setting if required. For economy, room temperature is regulated by a thermostat. For straightforward installation, the fire has an inset depth of just 55mm, or it can be fitted flat-to-wall using the 60mm spacer provided
