Ceramic Hobs
Electric ceramic hobs are available in the following widths 58cm 60cm 76cm 80cm. If you’re looking for a top quality hob, we would recommend a Neff or Bosch Ceramic Hob. Hotpoint and Beko electric hobs offer great value for money and are available with either rotary controls or touch controls. Blomberg ceramic hobs come with a 5 year manufactures warranty making them very popular with landlords.
Ceramic hobs over 65cm wide generally only have touch controls many with child locks to stop little fingers interfering with them. Some have "Boils Start" that will take the pan straight to boil and then simmer. Others have a kill button which is really handy if you walk into the kitchen and all you pans are boiling over, one touch of the kill button cuts the power to all zones.
