Neff N50 60cm Vented Induction Hob

Experience cutting-edge cooking with the Neff V56NBS1L0 Induction Hob with integrated ventilation. This innovative induction hob combines the best of both worlds by incorporating a ventilation module directly into the cooktop. It draws away cooking smells and steam right from where they begin, eliminating the need for a separate cooker hood, and providing more overhead space for cabinets or an unobstructed view of your kitchen.

With the CombiZone feature, you can merge two cooking zones into one large zone at the touch of a button, ideal for larger cookware like roasting dishes. The TouchSelect control makes it easy to regulate the desired cooking zone, while PowerBoost adds a quick burst of heat for faster cooking, perfect for boiling large amounts of water or heating quickly.

The QuickStart function detects where your cookware is placed and automatically activates the corresponding zone. And if you accidentally switch off your hob, the Restart function remembers your previous settings and restores them within seconds.

For added convenience, the Timer with Shut Off function will turn off the assigned cooking zone once your set time is up, while the ChildLock ensures safety by locking the control panel to prevent accidental adjustments.

Induction cooking offers faster heating and reduced energy consumption. With the Neff V56NBS1L0, your cooking is not only faster but also safer, as induction hobs only heat the pan, keeping the surrounding areas cool to the touch.

time set (e.g. for boiled eggs).
Count-down timer: an alarm sounds at the end of the time set (e.g.
for pasta).
Time saving & efficiency
PowerBoost function for all zones: boil water faster thanks to 50% more energy than at the highest
standard level.
QuickStart function: when switching on, the hob automatically selects the cooking zone with cookware (when placed on a zone whilst the hob is off).
ReStart function: in case of unintentional switch-off, this feature restores all previous settings by switching on the hob again within 4 seconds.
Quick Stop: quickly switch off a cooking zone with one longer touch.
