The Bosch PVQ731H26E Induction hob has 2 induction CombiZones- more flexibility by combining two cooking zones for cooking with even heat distribution for larger cookware like roasters. Each induction zone has its own PowerBoost function for more power to speed up the cooking process. For example, you can now boil 2 litres of water almost 50% faster as you would on conventional glass-ceramic hobs. 

The hob and hood in one.The integrated ventilation module combines the best of our induction cooktops and cooker hoods. Because it is built into the cooktop surface, it draws away cooking smells and steam right where they start. This way, you don’t need a separate hood, and you have more overhead space for cabinets – or a clear view across your kitchen.
