The Bosch PVS811B16E is an induction hob with integrated ventilation module: combines induction with ventilation technology for perfect results. The hob and hood in one: The integrated ventilation module combines the best of our induction cooktops and cooker hoods. Because it is built into the cooktop surface, it draws away cooking smells and steam right where they start. This way, you don’t need a separate hood, and you have more overhead space for cabinets – or a clear view across your kitchen.

More freedom for your cooking. If you ever need more space for a long piece of cookware, such as a roasting dish, you can combine two individual cooking zones into one large zone with a combined heat level at the touch of a button with CombiZone.

With our control elements, you have everything under control. With the TouchSelect control you can regulate the desired cooking zone easily. Simply select the power level you need.

Speed up your cooking. When you want to get quick and easy meals on the table even faster, PowerBoost can help. This practical feature adds a boost of power for ultra-quick heating. Use it on your induction hob to boil large quantities of water – and heat almost 35% faster compared to the highest power level.

Cookings starts much faster. The QuickStart function detects where you have placed the pot and automatically displays the corresponding cooking zone on the control interface. You can get started straight away and select the desired cooking level for your pot without delay.

Stores your control settings. Have you ever unintendedly switched off your hob and all settings were gone? With Restart the cooktop saves your previous settings and restores them in case you switch your cooktop on again within four seconds.
