This Bosch DIB98JQ50B Stylish island chimney hoods perfectly complement island hob installations in Stainless Steel  has a powerful 445 m³/h extraction rate (Normal use) and 867m³/h (Intensive) with 3 Power levels plus an Boost Setting. The maximum noise level is 54dB(A) re 1pw on the intensive setting- Enjoy uour Silense- which can be operated by the TouchControl with lightline. Set the exact power level with a single touch thanks to TouchControl and DirectSelect. It’s easy to operate: simply select the right power level or turn on the lights and away you go.The Bosch DIB98JQ50B has 4x1.5W LED light to illuminate your hob.

The PerfectAir sensor constantly monitors the air and automatically adapts the power level to the rising vapour and odours – continuously, precisely, and independently of the power settings. At the same time, it reduces the noise level by activating only the minimal extraction level required. A positive side effect: no more annoying finger marks on the controls. When you’ve finished cooking, the fan continues to run until the kitchen air is cleared of all unpleasant odours. 

With the new DirectSelect control, you can set the desired power level and control such functions as the PerfectAir sensor, after-running, and lighting level directly. You can also read the filter saturation display so that you always know when the filter needs cleaning, to ensure it always operates at its best.

Ducted and recirculation hoods require metal grease filters to filter grease and other solid particles out of the extracted air. To keep these filters operating at maximum efficiency, clean them about once a month either by hand or in the dishwasher.
